Pretty big announcement in the bar exam world. The NCBE on its website has announced that beginning in February 2013, a new subject will be added to the MBE. The new addition is the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The test will now have a total of 230 multiple choice questions, with 25 minutes added to both the morning and afternoon sessions.

Bar Exam (July 2024) & LSAT Tutoring! MBE tutoring is available for students in all states. Bar exam essay tutoring is available for students taking the UBE and the Florida Bar Exam.
