The Florida Board of Bar Examiners currently has released essays from July 2003-July 2012, for a total of 19 exams. The same essay subjects are tested repeatedly and the following shows their frequency by percentage:
Torts: 14/19=74%
Florida Constitutional Law: 13/19=68%
Property: 11/19=58%
Ethics: 10/19=53%
Contracts: 9/19 47%
Family Law: 8/19 44%
Trusts: 5/19=26%
Federal Constitutional Law: 2/19=11%
I'd highly recommend keeping the above in mind as you decide where to place the most effort when studying. There is no data yet on the new subjects, though at least one of them is likely to show up in July.
