This chart is a good indication as to which subjects students found to be the most difficult. (Though the number of questions in each subject must also be considered.) As an example, a raw score of 25 will have placed you in the 72nd percentile in Torts, but the 92nd percentile in Evidence. This indicates that students had more difficulty on Evidence question than on Torts questions in this particular administration of the MBE.
