A few weeks ago, the NCBE put out a note that any changes to the law resulting from the current Supreme Court term would not be reflected on the July 2022 exam. That still applies. Not so in Florida.
Florida this week clarified that, unlike with the MBE/UBE, students taking part A of the Florida exam should apply all law as it exists at the time of the exam. Posting the note below for those who haven't yet seen it:
