Some news out of Florida.
Although it's not yet known whether Florida will eventually adopt the NCBE's Next Gen Bar Exam, it won't be doing so when the new exam is first offered in July 2026. Those taking the Florida bar exam in July 2026 will continue to take the exam as it's currently taken today with the Florida portion of the exam and the MBE.
