For those who sat for the February 2013 MBE, and might be interested, nationwide MBE percentiles based on raw score in each subject have been released.
This chart is a good indication as to which subjects students found to be the most difficult. (Though the number of questions in each subject must also be considered.) As an example, a raw score of 20 will have placed you in the 62nd percentile in Con law, but only the 32nd percentile in Torts. As the raw scores increase, however, there is far less discrepancy between the percentiles; for example, a 27 raw score will have placed you in the 98th percentile in Con Law, and the 93rd percentile in Torts.
