Florida Rules of Judicial Administration

Students have asked me over the years exactly which Florida Rules of Judicial Administration they should learn for the multiple choice portion of Part A of the exam. It's a fair question since this material often gets lumped in with the Florida Civil Procedure material in many of the outlines.

So to clarify, these are the rules (and only these rules) to learn. The content of these rules should be in your test prep material.

--Rule 2.420 (Public Access to Judicial Branch Records)

--Rule 2.505 (Attorneys)

--Rule 2.510 (Foreign Attorneys)

--Rule 2.514 (Computing and Extending Time)

--Rule 2.515 (Signatures and Certificates of Attorneys and Parties)

--Rule 2.330 (Disqualification of Trial Judges)
