NCBE Model Answers

I often tell students that when reviewing the model NCBE answers of prior MEE essays, one of the most important aspects are the little notes the NCBE puts in which aren't even really meant for people taking the test; they are meant for those grading the test.

Not so much for legal principles; but it helps to understand the mindset of those grading the test. For example, this note here to the graders makes it perfectly clear that points are available on this test, even if getting the law wrong. That's helpful, and other notes will leave other sort of breadcrumbs for those paying attention.
